A Windows Application to create Reports and Multi-Dimensional Databases
from Sql Data Sources

 

ETR in a Nut Shell...

ETR exports (and presents) data from data sources to data display routines.

Easy as 1, 2, 3:

  1. Query data from data sources
    (Access, Oracle, Sql Server, Excel Spreadsheets)
  2. Present data in data manipulation menus
  3. Export the selected data into a presentation program
    1. Excel or
    2. MDAccess
      (a Multi-Dimensional Database Reporting System)

Define the Querys thru a Sql Query menu or a Database Table menu.

Reads:

  1. Access databases
  2. Excel Spreadsheets
  3. Oracle databases
  4. Sql Server databases

ETR Constructs MDA Databases

MDA Databases are input databases for MDAccess Reporting. ETR allows for easy addition of Optional Dimensional Attributes during construction on any of the Dimensions in an MDA Database in the various following ways:

  1. Automatic addition of Qualifiying Attributes
  2. Selection of Qualifiying Attributes
  3. User Specified (unqualified) Attributes
  4. No Dimensional Attributes

New features for Current Version (Limited and Release)

A Free Limited Version is now being offered

The Limited Version does not have a time expiration restriction as the Trial Version had.

The Limited Version is limited in:

  1. The size of the External Data Source the Element Table can be built from

The Limited Version limitations are:

  1. A Maximum of 3000 External Data Source Rows can be read to build an Element Table
    (or an MDA Database)
To Build and Read databases of larger sizes, the Release Version is required.

ETR requires the 'Microsoft .Net Framework 4 Client Profile' (or '.Net Framework 4').
The Framework may already be installed on your computer.
The install program will inform you if the Framework is not already on your computer.
