Ref Scheduler - What it does...
Ref Scheduler will help the Assigner of a Referee Chapter schedule Refs for the seasons games.

Enter, Create, or Import the:

Setup the Game and Ref Assignments.
Download the schedules to Excel files. Auto Email or Print to distribute schedules. Display Schedules on the internet for easy, anywhere schedule access.
If changes to schedules occur, make changes, add games, refs, teams and/or use
Auto Email to send new schedules or game request/information to Refs and/or Teams.
Ref Scheduler - Versions...
There are currently three Versions of Ref Scheduler available.

Ref Scheduler Web Version
Example Ref Scheduler Web Version Screens :
- The Web Version is a stand alone version and can be used to enter and schedule Refs, Games, Teams... and display/email/print that information on the Web.
- The Web Version could also be used in conjunction with the Windows Version(s) to display and/or edit databases created by the Windows Version if desired.
The databases created by the Windows Version could be sent to Structurally Sound (automated feature available) for posting on the Web.
The databases used by the Web and Windows Versions are interchangable, so the Web Version could be used to edit the database where the Windows Version left off. Once on the web, the database will display the
information as if it had been entered with the Web Version.
The Windows Version currently has the following features that are not available on the Web Version.:
- The ability to create an unlimited number of databases on the fly
- The ability to import Refs/Schools/Clubs from previously made databases/Excel files/Text files.
- Greater flexibly in the various features
The Web Version could be used solely by itself to enter and display the Ref and Game Schedules, or it could be used in conjunction with the Windows Version.
Ref Scheduler Windows Version
- The Windows Version is also stand alone and can be used by itself.
- Using the Windows Version in conjunction with the Web Version allows the Assigner to enter the information locally and then send the database to Structurally Sound for posting on the web.
Using Ref Scheduler Windows Version by itself allows the Assigner to enter and schedule the Refs, Games, Teams... Email and Print Game assignment information
and use all the functions of Ref Scheduler except displaying that information on the Web.

Ref Scheduler Windows Version Limited Free
The Limited Version is limited in:
- The number of Games a database may have.
- The number of Refs a database may have.
- 'Game Reminder Emails' feature is disabled.
The Limited Version limitations are:
- A Maximum of 100 Games per database
- A Maximum of 15 Refs per database
To Build and Read databases of unlimited sizes, the Release Version or Web Version is required.

Ref Scheduler 3.3 Limited Version
Ref Scheduler requires the 'Microsoft .Net Framework 4 Client Profile' (or '.Net Framework 4').
The Framework may already be installed on your computer.
The install program will inform you if the Framework is not already on your computer.

The default database for the Ref Scheduler Windows Version is called RefSched.mdb. It will be located in the install directory.
When the program preferences are set (on the initial run), this file
is copied to the 'Ref Scheduler Database Directory' (which defaults to 'C:\RefScheduler\Databases\') and opened from there.
